As South-Africans we have a very diverse cultural heritage.  This helps us create our own identity and a sense of belonging.  What we tend to forget about is the heritage that all of us share, our amazing and diverse natural heritage.  We must truly be the envy of the world when we look at what we are blessed with in SA.  From our breathtaking natural vistas to grazing wildlife in abundance there is wonder all around us, we just have to take the time to look for it.  In between your Heritage day braai this year take some time to make a donation to a worthy conservation cause or plant some indigenous plants and make our natural heritage a part of your life.  Happy Heritage day everyone from all of us at Heckers.
