The grace of a rose

Probably the most recognizable flower in the world, roses have captured our imagination for centuries.  From films to music to the poets of bygone days roses have retained their grace throughout the ages.  Just think of the price of one red rose on Valentines Day and it shows how ingrained roses have become in our society.  Luckily for the rose gardeners out there they always have a fresh supply.  October is the month that roses really announce themselves in our garden.  To ensure that they are at their most graceful, they will need some loving care this month.  Have a look at our article on spoiling your roses in October.
